Meet Erinn

Erinn Bickle, MACP, RP (she/ her)

Therapist & Practice Owner

With a background in high-performance athletics, I have a strong appreciation for health-focused living and the benefits that such practices can bring to individuals both physically and emotionally.

As a mom, I appreciate how great the transition to parenthood can be, as well as some of the unique experiences that can accompany the journey from conception, to postpartum, and beyond.

I have also had a number of close people in my life who have experienced significant changes to their health, and understand the impact that these challenges can have on not only the individual but also their surrounding loved ones.

My approach to therapy centers around the cultivation of a safe and non-judgmental space that supports healing and promotes meaningful and fulfilling living.

I completed my Bachelors degrees in Child, Youth, and Family Studies (BASc), as well as Education (BEd), before obtaining my Master’s of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP). I have worked with individuals of varying cognitive and physical abilities across a number of environments including school classrooms, ASD services, and university counselling.

I am committed to lifelong learning and continue to complete additional training in different therapeutic models and approaches (ex: ACT, CBT, DBT, MI). I aim to provide support that is not only empirically informed but also tailored to each individual.

I provide confidential and secure support via video and/or telephone. I believe in the importance of removing barriers and offering support that is comfortable, convenient, and accessible.
